Learning & Organizational Development offers departmental consultations to help us better customize trainings to meet your specific needs. Customizations may include: length (1 hr., 2 hr., half-day), content (work plans, managing attendance, case studies), and audience (just managers, just employees).
We also provide specially designed trainings and presentations on topics such as customer service, team development, generation gaps, and are certified in Everything DiSC Workplace.

Human Resources is excited to announce our brand-new Pirate Readiness Enhancement Program or PREP for short. This program has been designed to help prepare staff and faculty members for the next phase in their career.
With 3 distinct pathways to choose from, employees can decide which best fits their career goals. Each program contains individual courses that are offered at varying times throughout the Fall and Spring semesters. Participants can opt to join in person or virtually through Microsoft Teams.
