Enhancing our People Operations
As evidenced by ECU’s commitment to workforce success and to our people, Chancellor Rogers announced an exciting organizational change that consolidates the units responsible for administering personnel-related processes and programs, effective May 1, 2024.
The new Department for People Operations, Success, and Opportunity (POSO) has launched and will soon begin our journey of taking a close look at our structures, systems and processes with the goal of increased clarity, reduced inefficiencies, improved stakeholder experiences, and enhancement of services across the spectrum of our scope.
There will be no immediate change in existing points of contact or procedures and processes. A fully consolidated website will be developed and rolled out in the coming months.
