Employment Verification

ECU uses JobTrax, Inc. to provide automated employment and income verification on our employees to third-party verifiers (mortgages companies, banks, landlords, etc.).

To obtain proof of Employment only the verifier should follow these 3 steps:

1. Login to JobTrax to register.
2. Provide the following information:
   1. ECU Employer Code: 1252
   2. The person’s Employee ID & last name OR the person’s first name, middle initial, last name & date of birth.
3. Pay for the transaction fee by credit card.

In addition to the steps above, the employee will need to provide an authorization code to access their information.  (Employees generate an authorization code by visiting JobTrax or calling 1-800-281-5260). Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST.

Parking

There are visitor parking spaces available in the parking lot of the Department for People Operations, Success, and Opportunity. Additionally, there is street parking available on Reade St. and 1st St.
