New ECU Faculty and Staff Assistance Program Provider

ECU is pleased to announce that ComPsych® is the new provider for our Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (formerly Employee Assistance Program or EAP) as of October 1, 2019.  The GuidanceResources benefits from ComPsych®  will give you and your dependents confidential support, resources, and information for personal and work-life issues. These services are strictly confidential and are available to you and your immediate family members 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by phone or online.

The attached enrollment flyer outlines GuidanceResources services which include Confidential Counseling, Work-Life Solutions, Legal Support, Financial Information and Online Support. For the Confidential Counseling, employees and their immediate family members are allowed three visits per presenting problem per year at no cost to the employee.

There are two ways to access your GuidanceResources benefits:

  1. Call 833-743-8183. You’ll speak to a counseling professional who will listen to your concerns and can guide you to the appropriate services you require.
  2. Visit GuidanceResources Online at www.guidanceresources.com and enter our company ID: ECUFASAP.
