What is the goal?

The goal over the next 18 months is for POSO to reimagine and redesign people services and strategies, with Huron Consulting Group as a partner.

What are the key phases?

The project will be carried out in three phases:

  1. Assessing the current state
  2. Reimagining services and operations
  3. Designing and preparing for redesigned services and operations, including training for a culture of service excellence and care
Who will be involved?

Over the course of this process, we will engage with University constituents and gather insights that will lead to recommendations for future operations. We will received feedback through a survey and engage with administrative and academic leaders throughout the University.

What is the expected outcome?

The expected outcome is to design a departmental strategic plan, establish a culture of service excellence, streamline processes, and foster a culture of care, belonging, and opportunity for all.

How long will the process take to complete?

The Huron engagement is expected to be completed within 18 months; however, the POSO team will continue this work for many years to come and continue to grow, learn and improve as a team and organization to support the goals of ECU.
